How to Submit a Request
- To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email contact@kirablend.com.
- Use a clear subject line such as "CCPA Opt-Out Request," and include your full name, the email tied to your account or a past order, and a short note on what you're asking for.
- Email is the only channel we use for these requests, as it gives us a reliable and well-documented way to handle them.
- An authorized agent may submit on your behalf at the same address; we may ask for written proof of your authorization.
What Happens Next
- Before we act on a request, we run a quick verification to confirm the person asking is the person the information belongs to, or someone authorized to act for them. This usually means matching what you send against what we already hold, such as the email from a past order.
- Once verified, we respond and act within the timeframe the law sets, generally 45 days from when we receive the request, with a possible extension of up to another 45 days for complex cases, which we'll tell you about in advance.
- We may retain certain information where it's needed to complete a transaction, meet a legal obligation, or prevent fraud, and opting out doesn't stop us from collecting or using information for essential functions such as processing and shipping your order.
