These Terms govern your use of kirablend.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make here, operated by Rfel LLC. By visiting, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to what's set out here, along with the policies referenced by link. If any part of it doesn't work for you, please don't use the site.

  • "We," "us," and "our" mean Rfel LLC, doing business as kirablend; "you" is whoever is browsing or buying.

Using Our Website

Use the Site only if you're at least 18 or the age of majority where you live, and can enter a binding agreement. By using it, you agree not to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe others' rights
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the Site's security
  • Upload viruses or malicious code, or disrupt how the service runs
  • Scrape or copy content by automated means without our written permission

Violations can lead to access being cut off and to legal action.

Our Products

We sell women's dresses, made to order through our fulfillment partner, with more styles and categories to come. We work to show every product accurately, but slight differences in color, fabric, and fit can occur — partly from how screens and lighting vary, partly from natural variation between fabric and dye lots. These small variations are normal for made-to-order fashion and aren't defects or grounds for a return on their own. We recommend checking the size guide before ordering. Our Refund and Returns Policy sets out where the line sits.

Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and can change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you complete your order.
  • Stock can shift, and we may limit quantities or discontinue styles.
  • If something is listed at a clear wrong price or shown as available when it isn't, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
  • Tax is calculated at checkout per our Payment Policy.

Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy, subject to acceptance and availability.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current billing and contact details.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout via our Payment Policy methods, and the order moves into production only once that payment clears.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or violations of these Terms.

Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, with no fee — email contact@kirablend.com as soon as you can.
  • After that, the order has usually entered production with our partner, and we can no longer change it.
  • Cancellations within the window are refunded in full to your original payment method.

Intellectual Property

  • Everything on the Site — text, graphics, logos, product images, designs, trademarks, and software — belongs to Rfel LLC or its licensors, protected under US and international IP law.
  • You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial browsing and shopping.
  • Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any of it without our written permission isn't allowed.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

How we ship, when things arrive, what's eligible for return, and how refunds work are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. Placing an order means you've reviewed and accepted those, and they form part of this agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that content is accurate, complete, or current. Some states don't permit certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you, and nothing here removes rights that consumer protection law says can't be waived. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rfel LLC, along with its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or the purchase of our products, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to that claim. Where a jurisdiction doesn't allow certain limitations, these limits apply only to the extent the law permits.

Third-Party Links

  • The Site may link to third-party websites, applications, or services we don't own or control.
  • Links are there for convenience and aren't an endorsement; we're not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or reliability.
  • Going to them is at your own risk and under their rules.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rfel LLC, along with its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights. This obligation survives the end of your relationship with us.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of kirablend.com, are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing here blocks rights you hold under your home state's consumer protection laws.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that finding won't affect the rest, which stay in full force. The provision in question will be replaced by a valid, enforceable one that comes as close as possible to the original intent.

Changes to These Terms

  • We can update these Terms whenever we need to, without notice ahead of time.
  • The revised version goes up on kirablend.com with a new date at the top.
  • Continuing to use the site or placing orders after that counts as accepting the updated Terms.
