Refund and Returns Policy

How returns work at kirablend.com, operated by Rfel LLC. Our dresses are made to order through our fulfillment partner, and we've kept returns simple and fair. Short version: 30 days to request a return, refunds issued within 7 business days of approval, and no restocking fee.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • After that window closes, we can't process the request, so please reach out promptly if something isn't right.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: if the fault is ours — a defect, the wrong item, or damage in transit — we cover return shipping in full, and your original shipping is refunded too.
  • Change of mind: for a sizing matter or a change of heart, the return shipping is yours to arrange, and the original shipping you paid isn't refundable.
  • Either way, please use a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for a return lost on its way back to us.

How to Return

  • Contact us. Email contact@kirablend.com with your order number, the items, the reason, and a photo or two if there's something to show.
  • Repack the item. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Pack everything securely so it travels safely.
  • Ship the return. Once approved, send it to the address we provide and keep your tracking number until the refund is processed.

Return Address & Authorization

  • Please wait for our approval before sending anything back — returns made without it may not be accepted.
  • Because our orders are fulfilled through our partner, the return address is provided by email once your request is approved; we don't publish a fixed address, as it depends on the return.

Refunds

  • Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund within 7 business days, to your original payment method.
  • Your bank or card issuer may need a little more time before it appears on your statement.
  • There's no restocking fee — your refund reflects the full value of the returned item.

Exchanges

  • For a different size or style, tell us in your first email and we'll check current stock.
  • Because exchanges depend on availability, we confirm the replacement is on hand before finalizing it.
  • It ships once your original item is back with us and inspected, following the timeline in our Shipping Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and other reasons, these can't be returned:

  • Items marked final sale, and gift cards
  • Anything worn, washed, or altered after delivery
  • Returns sent without approval or outside the 30-day window

Items in this group that are sent back can't be refunded or exchanged.
