Welcome to kirablend.com, a women's dress label operated by Rfel LLC, based in Playa Del Rey, California. We focus on dresses — a considered edit rather than an endless catalog — and ship to customers across the contiguous US.
The edit
We design dresses for the moments that fill a week — something easy for the office, something relaxed for the weekend or the beach, something with a little more occasion when the evening calls for it. We're starting with a focused range and adding to it over time, growing the lineup at a pace where each piece earns its place rather than just filling a page.
How it's made
Our dresses are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Once your order is placed, it's produced, packed, and shipped, arriving across the lower 48 within the timeline we set out plainly in our Shipping Policy — real numbers, no fine print buried three clicks deep.
What you can count on
A few things we hold to:
- Our policies say what they mean — read the Shipping Policy or the Refund and Returns Policy and you'll see the actual numbers, not vague promises.
- We only ask for the information we need to get your order to you, set out in our Privacy Policy.
- When you email us, a real person reads it and replies — usually within one business day.

"I started kirablend to build a dress label that feels considered rather than crowded. So much of online fashion competes on sheer volume — more styles, more drops, more noise. I'd rather offer a focused edit done properly, and treat the person on the other end of an order the way I'd want to be treated.
