How payment works at kirablend.com, operated by Rfel LLC — what we accept, when you're charged, and how it stays secure. Placing an order means you accept what's set out here.
How You Can Pay
- Stripe — handles Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
- PayPal — pay from your balance or a linked account
Use whichever suits you. There's no pay-later or installment option.
When You're Charged
- Payment is taken in full at checkout.
- Your order moves into production with our fulfillment partner only once the payment has cleared — if it doesn't clear, no order is created and nothing is charged.
Order Confirmation
- Once payment clears, a confirmation email goes to the address you entered at checkout — your sign the order is in and being prepared.
- If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder before reaching out.
Pricing
- Everything on kirablend.com is priced and charged in US Dollars (USD) — the dresses, shipping, and any fees.
- Prices may change over time as our costs do, but a change applies only to orders placed after it takes effect, never one you've already paid for.
Tax
- Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and the current local rates.
- The exact amount appears in your order summary before you confirm, with nothing hidden in the total.
Secure Checkout
- Payments run over SSL-encrypted connections, handled by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI DSS compliant.
- We never see, store, or keep your full card number or bank details — all of that stays with the processors.
Pre-Authorization Holds
- Your bank may place a temporary hold on the order amount at checkout — a routine check that funds are available, not the final charge.
- Once the payment captures, the hold becomes the actual charge.
- If the order is declined or cancelled, your bank releases the hold on its own timeline, usually a few business days, sometimes up to a week.
Canceled or Failed Orders
- If a payment doesn't go through, the order isn't created and nothing is charged.
- Check that your billing details are correct and your funds are available, and contact your bank if it keeps failing.
- You're welcome to try again or email us for help.
Promotions and Discount Codes
- Enter the code in the discount field at checkout, before paying.
- Codes carry their own terms — expiry dates, minimum spend, usage limits.
- One code per order unless stated otherwise, and codes don't combine with other promotions.
- A code can't be applied to an order once it's placed.
Billing Address
- The billing address you enter must match what's registered with your card or PayPal.
- A mismatch may cause your bank to decline or flag the charge.
- We're not responsible for a payment that fails because the billing details were entered incorrectly.
Fraud Prevention
- We may review, hold, or decline any order that looks suspicious or out of step with normal patterns.
- For high-value orders, or where billing and shipping don't match, we may ask for verification.
- If an order appears fraudulent, we may cancel it and refund through the original payment method. It's simply how we protect both sides.
Chargebacks
- Hit a problem with a charge? Email us first at contact@kirablend.com before filing a chargeback — most issues we resolve directly, and faster than a chargeback runs.
- A chargeback filed without contacting us first will be disputed with order records, delivery proof, and our messages.
- Repeated or unjustified chargebacks may mean we stop accepting future orders.
Your Privacy
- Your payment and personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your financial details beyond what's needed to complete your order or meet a legal obligation.
