Orders and Products
What do you sell?
Women's dresses, made to order, with more styles and categories to come. We ship within the contiguous US only.
How are your dresses made and shipped?
Each dress is made to order through our fulfillment partner — once you order, it's produced, packed, and sent. The full timeline is in our Shipping Policy.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size guide. We recommend checking it before ordering, as fit can vary by style.
Why does my dress look slightly different from the photo?
Small differences in color and fabric are normal — screens and lighting vary, and there's natural variation between fabric and dye lots. It isn't a defect.
Pricing and Payment
What currency are prices in?
US Dollars, throughout.
How can I pay?
Stripe or PayPal. Stripe covers Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal works from your balance or a linked account.
When am I charged?
In full at checkout. Your order moves into production once the payment clears.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout runs over SSL encryption, and Stripe and PayPal handle payment under PCI DSS standards. We never store your card details.
Can I apply a discount code after ordering?
No — codes go in at checkout before you pay, and can't be added to an order already placed.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship?
The contiguous United States — the 48 connected states.
How long until my order arrives?
Usually 8 to 11 business days: 2 to 3 business days to make and prepare your order, plus 6 to 8 business days in transit. Busy seasons may add a little. Full breakdown in our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Free at $169 and up. Below that, a flat $6.99.
What's the cut-off time?
4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday. Order before then on a business day and we begin the same day; later, or on a weekend or holiday, we start the next business day.
Which carriers do you use?
FedEx, UPS, and USPS, chosen by your address and the most efficient route.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number once it ships. Allow about a day for the carrier to start showing updates.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Only while the order is still being prepared, so email contact@kirablend.com within 24 hours of ordering. Once it's packed or shipped, the address is locked.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes?
No — and we can't ship to US territories or APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses either.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. The dress must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with its tags. Full steps in our Refund and Returns Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@kirablend.com with your order number, the items, the reason, and photos if there's something to show. We confirm the next steps and send the return address if it qualifies.
Where do returns go?
To the address we provide by email once your return is approved.
Who covers return shipping?
We do, if it's our error — a defect, the wrong item, or transit damage. For a change of mind or a sizing matter, that part's on you.
Any restocking fee?
None. You get back the full value of the returned item.
When's my refund?
Within 7 business days after your return arrives and is inspected, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Yes, subject to stock. Tell us in your first email and we'll check availability, then ship the replacement once your original is back and inspected.
Can I cancel?
Within 24 hours of ordering, no fee. After that the order has usually entered production, and we can't change it.
Anything that can't be returned?
Final sale items, gift cards, and anything worn, washed, or altered after delivery.
When Something Goes Wrong
My order arrived damaged.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, you choose a replacement or a full refund.
Tracking says delivered but I don't have it.
Check with your household, neighbors, and local delivery office first — parcels are often left nearby. Still missing after a day or two? Email your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation.
What if it's lost in transit?
If the carrier confirms it's lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome.
Privacy and Contact
How is my personal information handled?
It's set out in our Privacy Policy. In short, payment data stays with Stripe and PayPal, never on our servers.
Do you sell my information?
Not in the traditional sense. Some advertising data-sharing may count as "sharing" under California's CPRA, and you can opt out anytime through our Do Not Sell My Information notice.
