How your order makes its way to you at kirablend.com, operated by Rfel LLC. Our dresses are made to order through our fulfillment partner and shipped across the contiguous US. Short version: most orders arrive in 8 to 11 business days.
Delivery Estimates
- Orders arrive in 8 to 11 business days.
- That's 2 to 3 business days for our partner to make and prepare your order, plus 6 to 8 business days in transit.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates; busy seasons can add a little.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Cut-off is 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday–Friday.
- Order before cut-off on a business day and we begin the same day.
- After cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays, we start the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Orders of $169 or more: free shipping.
- Orders under $169: a flat $6.99.
- Shown at checkout before you pay.
How Shipping Fees Are Calculated
It's based on your order subtotal before tax. Reach $169 and shipping is free; below that, a flat $6.99 applies — the same fee whatever the order size or wherever you are in the lower 48.
Carriers
- We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- The carrier is chosen by your address and the most efficient route to it.
Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
- Allow about a day for the carrier to start showing updates.
Shipping Areas
- We ship within the contiguous United States only — the 48 connected states.
- No international shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
We can't ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories
- PO Boxes
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
Orders placed for these are cancelled and refunded.
Tax
- Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
- The exact amount appears in your order summary before you confirm — what you see there is what you pay.
Address Changes & Accuracy
- Please check your address before paying.
- To fix one, email contact@kirablend.com within 24 hours of ordering; we can update it while your order is still being prepared.
- Once it's packed or shipped, the address is locked, and we can't cover a parcel sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Delivery Problems
- Tracking shows delivered but it's not with you? Check with your household, building front desk, and neighbors first — parcels are often left nearby.
- Still missing after a day or two? Email your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation.
Damaged or Lost Items
- Email contact@kirablend.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected date), with your order number and clear photos if there's damage.
- Once confirmed with the carrier, you choose a replacement or a full refund.
Handling Charges
- None. The shipping fee at checkout is the full cost, with nothing added on top.
Issue Resolution Time
- We aim to resolve shipping issues within 5 to 7 business days of your report.
- Cases needing a carrier investigation can run longer; we'll keep you updated throughout.
Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items
- Occasionally a style sells out after you order.
- If that affects your order, we'll email you to wait for a restock, choose another piece, or take a full refund. Anything else in your order ships as normal.
Delays Outside Our Control
- Some delays are beyond us: weather, carrier disruptions, postal backlogs, holiday volume, and processing or customs clearance where applicable.
- We're not liable for these, but we'll stay in contact with the carrier and pass on any updates.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered in our Refund and Returns Policy.
- When a return is approved, we'll email you the address to send it back to.
